2. Peer-to-Peer File Transfer (DropBridge)
Our service DropBridge (accessible at https://drop.mrisri.com) operates on a 100% peer-to-peer (P2P) WebRTC protocol:
- Zero Server Storage: Your files never upload to, transit through, or get stored on our servers. File binary payloads stream directly between sender and receiver devices over encrypted WebRTC DataChannels (DTLS 1.3).
- Signaling Metadata: Ephemeral WebSocket signaling metadata (such as temporary room IDs, 6-digit PIN codes, and network handshake information) is held only in volatile memory during connection establishment and is discarded immediately upon disconnection.
3. Log Files & Analytics
Like many standard websites, Mrisri follows a standard procedure of using log files. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable and are used solely for analyzing trends, administering the site, and ensuring server security.
