By accessing or using Mrisri (accessible from https://mrisri.com) and our related tools and applications including DropBridge (https://drop.mrisri.com) and Daily GK (https://gk.mrisri.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Use & Conduct

You agree not to use our peer-to-peer file transfer services or tools for transmitting malicious code, viruses, unauthorized or copyrighted materials without license, or for any unlawful activity.

3. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, branding, and proprietary software provided by Mrisri remain the property of Mrisri. Transferred user files belong solely to the transferring parties and are never stored or claimed by Mrisri.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or zero network latency.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
